Energy Business Awards Nominations Now Open

Nominations are now open for the 2007 Energy Business Awards.
Celebrating their 6th anniversary, the Energy Business Awards reward excellence in 10 key energy business disciplines.
For the first time, the Energy Business Awards will be presented at EMART Energy in Amsterdam, 21-22 November 2007. EMART Energy, the European platform for energy trading, is a two-day conference & exhibition and a key part of the energy markets events calendar. The Energy Business Awards will be presented on Wednesday 21 November from 17.30-18.00 hrs

The Energy Business Awards are a two stage process.
Stage 1
This first stage for nominations concludes on 14th September 2007. Companies from throughout the energy complex were invited to nominate themselves or others in any one of 10 categories of excellence.
Nominations must be submitted directly from individuals or through a third party to the official Energy Business website: www.energy-business.com
Stage 2
The second stage [from 20th September - 26th October, 2007] involved voting for 1 of 5 nominations for each category drawn up by the Advisory Panel.
Jeremy Wilcox of the Energy Partnership and founder of the Energy Business Awards says: "last years awards were the most successful yet with over 7,000 votes cast across 10 categories. The 2006 winners exhibited excellence, innovation and creativity in addressing key challenges in the evolving and dynamic energy marketplace. We are looking for the same once again in 2007."
